This expertly mixed blend enters through the kiln tail discharge pipe, embarking on a transformative journey within the kiln. As the rotary kiln rotates with precision, the materials advance smoothly, supported by a powerful forced blast. Within this dynamic environment, a high-temperature reaction zone emerges, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. Here, the magic unfolds as zinc metal compounds are reduced by a carbon reducing agent, transforming into metal zinc vapor within the gas phase. This vapor then meets oxygen, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust, which is efficiently captured alongside the flue gas by the dust collection system. The result? A successful extraction of low-grade zinc oxide product. Moreover, metals rich in zinc, including lead and indium, undergo their own transformation, contributing to the final product, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain elegantly within the kiln slag, completing this innovative process.

At the heart of this innovative production system lies an extraordinary ensemble of cutting-edge equipment. From the robust Roots blower to the essential rotary kiln, every component plays a crucial role. The kiln tail smoke chamber, surface air cooler, and dust collector work in harmony with a sophisticated desulfurization system and batching system. Additionally, a granulator and an intricate network of conveying equipment ensure seamless operation and flawless coordination at every stage of the process.
