Immerse yourself in the revolutionary world of secondary zinc oxide production with our cutting-edge technology that places the formidable rotary kiln at its core. This innovative process, known as the rotary kiln volatilization method, begins with the meticulous blending of zinc oxide ore with perfectly proportioned coke powder or smokeless crushed coal. This finely tuned mixture is then skillfully introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln rotates with grandeur, the materials progress forward with ease. A powerful forced blast creates a high-temperature reaction zone within the kiln, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. This intense heat enables the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into zinc metal vapor, which enters the gas phase. Here, the zinc vapor encounters oxygen, becoming oxidized into zinc oxide dust. This dust is expertly captured by the dust collection system, along with the flue gas, resulting in the extraction of a low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals rich in zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo reduction and oxidation to contribute to the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain elegantly within the kiln slag.

The heart and soul of this pioneering process system are comprised of an impressive lineup of equipment: the mighty Roots blower, the pivotal rotary kiln, the architecturally designed kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a cutting-edge desulfurization system, an advanced batching system, a precision granulator, and a network of sophisticated conveying equipment.
