As the kiln gracefully rotates, the materials advance smoothly, driven by a strategically forced blast. This generates an intense high-temperature reaction zone within the kiln, reaching a scorching 1000-1200ºC. Such extreme heat enables the carbon reducing agent to efficiently reduce zinc metal compounds, transforming them into metal zinc vapor that enters the gas phase. This vapor then meets air oxygen, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust that is adeptly captured by our advanced dust collection system along with the flue gas, leading to the extraction of low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-rich metals, like lead and indium, undergo transformation, enhancing the final product, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver elegantly remain in the kiln slag.

This revolutionary process system is underpinned by an impressive lineup of essential equipment: the powerful Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, the kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a comprehensive desulfurization system, a precise batching system, an advanced granulator, and an intricate network of sophisticated conveying equipment. Each component plays a crucial role, ensuring smooth and seamless operation throughout every stage of this trailblazing production process.
