Delve into the revolutionary world of secondary zinc oxide production, where cutting-edge technology meets precision with our state-of-the-art rotary kiln method. At the heart of this innovation is the renowned rotary kiln volatilization process. It all begins with zinc oxide ore being meticulously blended with either coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in exact proportions. This expertly crafted blend is introduced through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln spins gracefully, the materials are ushered forward smoothly. A powerful forced blast establishes a high-temperature reaction zone between 1000-1200ºC within the kiln, where the magic happens. Here, zinc metal compounds undergo reduction by a carbon reducing agent, transforming seamlessly into metal zinc vapor. This vapor mingles with oxygen from the air, transforming into zinc oxide dust, which our advanced dust collection system captures alongside flue gas, yielding low-grade zinc oxide product. Furthermore, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium also undergo reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver elegantly remain in the kiln slag.

The foundation of this innovative process is a remarkable ensemble of equipment, including a powerful Roots blower, the central rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a state-of-the-art dust collector, a desulfurization system, a precision batching system, a sophisticated granulator, and an intricate conveyor network. Together, they ensure smooth and efficient operation throughout the entire process.
