Begin with the perfect fusion of zinc oxide ore and precisely measured coke powder or smokeless crushed coal. This blend is elegantly introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. The kiln's graceful rotation ensures a smooth advancement of materials. Inside, a forced blast crafts a high-temperature reaction zone, reaching a breathtaking 1000-1200ºC. This intense environment reduces zinc metal compounds using a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor. As this vapor mingles with oxygen, it transforms into zinc oxide dust, which our advanced dust collection system captures with the flue gas. This sophisticated process yields a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Meanwhile, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium join the transformation journey, enhancing the product, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain in the kiln slag.

This pioneering system is anchored by an array of high-performance equipment: the powerful Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a dust collector, and a desulfurization system. Additionally, a precise batching system, a granulator, and a sophisticated network of conveying equipment ensure flawless operations, reinforcing the strength of this innovative process at every turn.
