This expertly calibrated mixture is introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln gracefully rotates, the materials elegantly progress forward, aided by a powerful forced blast. Inside, a high-temperature reaction zone is created, reaching impressive temperatures of 1000-1200ºC, setting the stage for a remarkable transformation. Here, zinc metal compounds undergo reduction through a carbon reducing agent, evolving into metal zinc vapor that seamlessly transitions into the gas phase. This vapor collides with ambient oxygen, transforming into zinc oxide dust, which is then meticulously captured by the dust collection system alongside the flue gas, yielding a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Meanwhile, metals enriched with zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo their own reduction and oxidation processes, enhancing the final product. Copper and precious metals like gold and silver, however, are beautifully retained within the kiln slag, demonstrating the kiln's exceptional refining prowess.

At the heart of this revolutionary production system lies a formidable ensemble of equipment. The process is powered by a robust Roots blower, which drives the critical rotary kiln, accompanied by a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a dust collector, and a desulfurization system.
