This process begins with the meticulous blending of zinc oxide ore with precision-measured coke powder or smokeless crushed coal. This expertly mixed combination is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln gracefully rotates, the materials are gently ushered forward, creating a perfect synergy. Within this dynamic environment, a meticulously controlled high-temperature reaction zone emerges, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. This intense heat drives the reduction of zinc metal compounds using a carbon reducing agent, elegantly transforming them into metal zinc vapor. This vaporized zinc, upon encountering atmospheric oxygen, is oxidized into fine zinc oxide dust, which is then skillfully captured by the dust collection system alongside the flue gas. The outcome is a valuable low-grade zinc oxide product. Simultaneously, zinc-rich metals such as lead and indium undergo reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while other metals like copper, gold, and silver remain gracefully within the kiln slag.

The heart of this revolutionary process system is powered by a suite of state-of-the-art equipment: the robust Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, the efficient kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an advanced dust collector, a comprehensive desulfurization system, a precision batching system, a sophisticated granulator, and a network of advanced conveying equipment.
