Aided by a strategic, forced blast, an extraordinary high-temperature reaction zone emerges, with temperatures soaring to 1000-1200ºC within the kiln. This intense heat masterfully reduces zinc metal compounds using a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor in the gas phase.
