At the heart of our state-of-the-art process is the formidable rotary kiln, central to the renowned rotary kiln volatilization method. This marvel begins with the meticulous blending of zinc oxide ore with either coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in precise proportions. The expertly mixed materials are then gracefully introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln majestically rotates, the materials embark on a gentle forward journey. With the assistance of a powerful forced blast, the kiln's interior transforms into a high-temperature reaction zone, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. This intense heat causes the zinc metal compounds to undergo a reduction by a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor, which then enters the gas phase. Here, the zinc vapor meets oxygen from the air, undergoing oxidation to form zinc oxide dust. This resultant dust, along with the flue gas, is expertly captured by the dust collection system, yielding a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals rich in zinc, such as lead and indium, are reduced and oxidized, enhancing the final product. Meanwhile, copper and precious metals like gold and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag, showcasing the precision of our process.

The foundation of this groundbreaking process system is a meticulously assembled array of cutting-edge equipment. At its core is a powerful Roots blower, complemented by the pivotal rotary kiln, and a sophisticated kiln tail smoke chamber. It also features a precision-engineered surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, and an advanced desulfurization system. The system is further supported by a state-of-the-art batching system, a dynamic granulator, and a network of sophisticated conveying equipment, all working in harmony to ensure seamless operation at every stage of production.
