Step into the future of innovative secondary zinc oxide production with our cutting-edge rotary kiln volatilization method. This advanced technique sets the stage for exceptional efficiency, where expertly curated blends of zinc oxide ore and either coke powder or smokeless crushed coal are utilized. The process begins with precision, as these materials are introduced through the kiln tail discharge pipe into the heart of the rotary kiln. As the kiln operates with grace and precision, the materials move forward, driven by a powerful forced blast. Within the kiln, a dynamic high-temperature reaction zone is created, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC, ideal for facilitating the transformation of zinc metal compounds into metal zinc vapor through a carbon reducing agent. This vapor elegantly enters the gas phase and, upon meeting atmospheric oxygen, becomes oxidized into zinc oxide dust. This precious dust, alongside the flue gas, is captured by our state-of-the-art dust collection system. The culmination of this process is a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Metals with high zinc content, such as lead and indium, undergo similar transformative journeys. Meanwhile, copper and precious metals, including gold and silver, remain gracefully within the kiln slag, ready for further processing.

At the core of this revolutionary process system lies an impressive ensemble of machinery designed for optimal performance: the robust Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, and a dust collector. Together with our advanced desulfurization system, precise batching system, efficient granulator, and a sophisticated network of conveying equipment, each component works in harmony to ensure seamless operational flow at every phase of production.
