At this intense heat, zinc metal compounds undergo a remarkable transformation, reduced by a carbon reducing agent into metal zinc vapor, which enters the gas phase. Here, the zinc vapor elegantly encounters oxygen, undergoing oxidation into zinc oxide dust, expertly captured by the dust collection system alongside the flue gas. This process results in the extraction of a low-grade zinc oxide product. Moreover, metals abundant in zinc, such as lead and indium, seamlessly undergo reduction and oxidation, enriching the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain gracefully within the kiln slag.

At the core of this pioneering process system lies a symphony of advanced equipment: a powerful Roots blower, the indispensable rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a sophisticated desulfurization system, a precise batching system, an advanced granulator, and a network of cutting-edge conveying equipment.
