The addition of a forceful blast crafts a high-temperature reaction zone reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. Within this fiery chamber, zinc compounds undergo a remarkable transformation through a carbon reducing agent, converting into metal zinc vapor. This vapor seamlessly integrates with oxygen, forming zinc oxide dust, which our advanced dust collection system captures alongside flue gas. This process yields a low-grade zinc oxide product. Moreover, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium are skillfully reduced and oxidized, enhancing the final product, while copper, along with valiant metals such as gold and silver, elegantly remain within the kiln slag.
