Enhanced by strategic forced air blasts, the kiln achieves a high-temperature reaction zone, reaching between 1000-1200ºC. Such intense heat is pivotal in reducing zinc metal compounds into metal zinc vapor, facilitated by a carbon reducing agent. In a remarkable chemical ballet, the zinc vapor seamlessly encounters atmospheric oxygen, transforming into zinc oxide dust. This dust, along with flue gas, is expertly captured by our advanced dust collection system, yielding a valuable low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals like lead and indium enrich the final output through reduction and oxidation, while copper and prized metals such as gold and silver gracefully remain within the kiln slag, enhancing the overall product quality.
