Initiating with the meticulous blending of zinc oxide ore with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in exact proportions, the mixture is skillfully channeled into the kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. Witness the awe-inspiring rotation of the kiln as it gently guides materials forward. Enhanced by an expertly controlled forced air blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is orchestrated within the kiln, achieving searing temperatures between 1000-1200ºC. This intense heat is the catalyst for the reduction of zinc metal compounds via a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor that seamlessly transitions into the gas phase. In this dynamic state, the zinc vapor encounters atmospheric oxygen, undergoing oxidation into zinc oxide dust. Our advanced dust collection system, in conjunction with the flue gas, ensures the proficient capture of this zinc oxide product. Moreover, metals enriched with zinc, including lead and indium, are reduced and oxidized to enhance the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag, contributing to the refined quality of the output.
