Utilizing a precise mix of zinc oxide ore with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal, the blend is introduced into the kiln through its tail discharge pipe. As the kiln rotates with majestic precision, the materials progress forward, engulfed in a forced high-temperature reaction zone of 1000-1200ºC. This thermal marvel facilitates the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, converting them into metal zinc vapor. In a breathtaking chemical ballet, the zinc vapor mingles with oxygen, transforming into zinc oxide dust, which is expertly collected by the sophisticated dust collection system alongside flue gas. The outcome is a remarkable low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium undergo reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product. Meanwhile, metals like copper and treasures such as gold and silver remain suspended within the kiln slag, adding to the kiln's efficiency.

This revolutionary system is masterfully constructed from a suite of advanced equipment, featuring a robust Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a premier dust collector, a state-of-the-art desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a high-quality granulator, and an intricate web of conveying equipment, all synchronizing seamlessly for optimal operation.
