Once inside the kiln, this mixture is propelled forward with elegance as the kiln rotates, creating a harmonized motion. A powerful blast introduces a high-temperature reaction zone, reaching a scorching 1000-1200ºC, where zinc metal compounds undergo a remarkable transformation via carbon reduction. The result is the creation of metal zinc vapor, which seamlessly transitions into the gas phase. As it encounters ambient oxygen, this vapor is masterfully oxidized into zinc oxide dust, which is then skillfully captured by the advanced dust collection system, alongside the flue gas. This process yields top-tier low-grade zinc oxide. Additional metals rich in zinc, such as lead and indium, are also reduced and oxidized, enhancing the final product. Meanwhile, metals like copper, along with cherished gold and silver, remain gracefully within the kiln slag, ensuring resource extraction is maximized.

The heart of this avant-garde system lies in its robust ensemble of equipment: a powerhouse Roots blower, the indispensable rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, and an effective surface air cooler.
