As the kiln elegantly rotates, the materials advance with grace, driven forward by a robust forced blast. Within the kiln's core, an intense high-temperature reaction zone is formed, reaching a scorching 1000-1200ºC. Under these extreme conditions, zinc metal compounds undergo an astounding transformation through carbon reduction, emerging as metal zinc vapor in the gas phase. This zinc vapor then meets oxygen from the air, undergoing oxidation to form zinc oxide dust, which is meticulously captured by the dust collection system along with the flue gas. The outcome: a low-grade zinc oxide product extracted with precision. Additionally, zinc-rich metals such as lead and indium experience reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain elegantly within the kiln slag.

At the heart of this revolutionary process system lies an ensemble of remarkable equipment: the mighty Roots blower, the commanding rotary kiln, the kiln tail smoke chamber, the efficient surface air cooler, the advanced dust collector, the sophisticated desulfurization system, the precise batching system, the efficient granulator, and a network of advanced conveying equipment.
