Meticulously, zinc oxide ore is combined with either coke powder or smokeless crushed coal, creating a perfect blend. This blend is then artfully introduced into the kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln performs its elegant rotation, the materials gracefully progress forward. A strategic forced blast ignites a high-temperature reaction zone, reaching a staggering 1000-1200ºC within the kiln. This searing heat triggers the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, metamorphosing them into metal zinc vapor, thus entering the gas phase. Once airborne, the zinc vapor meets oxygen, transforming into zinc oxide dust, which is then skillfully collected by an advanced dust collection system along with flue gas. The culmination of this process is the extraction of a superior low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals abundant in zinc such as lead and indium also undergo reduction and oxidation, further enriching the final product, while copper and rare metals like gold and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

At the core of this pioneering process system lies a remarkable ensemble of equipment that ensures unmatched efficiency and effectiveness: featuring a Roots blower, the critical rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an adept dust collector, a sophisticated desulfurization system, a batching system, an innovatively designed granulator, and a comprehensive network of advanced conveying equipment, all working in harmony to deliver seamless operation across each phase of production.
