It all begins with the meticulous blending of zinc oxide ore and coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in precise ratios, ensuring optimum results. This expertly combined mixture is then artfully introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. Witness the mesmerizing rotation of the kiln as it gently propels the materials forward. Aided by a vigorous forced blast, an extraordinary high-temperature reaction zone is cultivated, reaching between 1000-1200ºC. Within this scorching environment, zinc metal compounds undergo a transformative reduction, thanks to the carbon reducing agent, morphing into metal zinc vapor within the gas phase. As the zinc vapor elegantly interacts with atmospheric oxygen, it oxidizes into zinc oxide dust, which is skillfully captured by our advanced dust collection system along with the flue gas. This process culminates in the extraction of a low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium also undergo reduction and oxidation, enriching the final product composition, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain gracefully embedded within the kiln slag.

At the heart of this pioneering process lies a formidable ensemble of equipment: the robust Roots blower, the central rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a comprehensive desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a sophisticated granulator, and an intricate network of state-of-the-art conveying equipment.
