Our state-of-the-art rotary kiln meticulously orchestrates the synthesis of zinc oxide by expertly blending zinc oxide ore with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in precise ratios. As this expertly crafted blend enters the kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe, the majestic rotation of the kiln ensures a smooth transition of materials. Thanks to the assistance of a controlled blast, a high-temperature reaction zone reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC is sustained, enabling the reduction of zinc metal compounds into pure metal zinc vapor by a carbon reducing agent. In a delicate dance with oxygen, the zinc vapor transforms into zinc oxide dust, which is flawlessly captured by our advanced dust collection system along with the flue gas. This innovative process not only yields high-quality zinc oxide but also facilitates the reduction and oxidation of other zinc-rich metals like lead and indium, enriching the product. Meanwhile, copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain gracefully within the kiln slag, underscoring the process's efficiency and precision.
