With the aid of a forced blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is conjured, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. Within this dynamic environment, carbon reducing agents skillfully reduce zinc metal compounds, transforming them into metal zinc vapor that transitions to the gas phase. Here, the zinc vapor encounters and merges with air-borne oxygen, metamorphosing into zinc oxide dust. This dust is expertly captured by our advanced dust collection system, accompanied by the flue gas, resulting in the extraction of a robust low-grade zinc oxide product. Moreover, zinc-rich metals such as lead and indium undergo reduction and oxidation, enriching the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

At the heart of this pioneering process system lies a formidable ensemble of equipment: the mighty Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, the kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a sophisticated desulfurization system, a precise batching system, an adept granulator, and a meticulously designed network of conveying equipment.
