Upon meeting the surrounding air, the vapor oxidizes into fine zinc oxide dust, meticulously captured by our state-of-the-art dust collection system. This process results in the extraction of a refined, low-grade zinc oxide product. Furthermore, metals enriched with zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo precise reduction and oxidation, complementing the final product, while valuable metals like copper, gold, and silver remain elegantly within the kiln slag.

At the heart of this revolutionary system lies an impressive ensemble of equipment, each playing a vital role in ensuring flawless performance: featuring a robust Roots blower, the indispensable rotary kiln, a sophisticated kiln tail smoke chamber, an advanced surface air cooler, a highly efficient dust collector, a cutting-edge desulfurization system, a precise batching system, an innovative granulator, and an intricate network of conveying equipment.
