As the kiln rotates in elegant precision, the materials advance smoothly, propelled by a strategic forced blast creating a high-temperature reaction zone of 1000-1200ºC within the kiln. This intense thermal environment facilitates the reduction of zinc compounds by the carbon reducing agent, converting them into zinc vapor. This vapor ascends into the gas phase, where it encounters atmospheric oxygen, leading to its oxidation into zinc oxide dust. The dust, along with flue gas, is skillfully captured by the advanced dust collection system, culminating in the formation of a low-grade zinc oxide product.
