Through the application of a controlled forced blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is created, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. This extreme heat environment facilitates the reduction of zinc metal compounds through a carbon reducing agent, yielding metal zinc vapor that transitions into the gas phase. In an exquisite chemical ballet, the zinc vapor meets oxygen from the air, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust, which is efficiently captured alongside the flue gas by an advanced dust collection system. The culmination of this process is the extraction of a high-quality low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, this method allows for the reduction and oxidation of zinc-enriched metals such as lead and indium, seamlessly integrating them into the final product, while copper and valuable metals including gold and silver remain elegantly ensconced within the kiln slag.

The essence of this pioneering process system is anchored by an impressive suite of equipment: a robust Roots blower, the central rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a state-of-the-art dust collector, a comprehensive desulfurization system, a precision batching system, a sophisticated granulator, and an intricate network of advanced conveying equipment. Together, they ensure a smooth, efficient operation at every phase of the process.
