Aided by a forceful blast, an intense high-temperature reaction zone is established, reaching a scorching 1000-1200ºC within the kiln. This searing environment enables the transformation of zinc metal compounds via a carbon reducing agent into a vaporous metal zinc, which then ascends into the gas phase. Here, the vapor encounters ambient oxygen, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust, which is skillfully captured by the dust collection system alongside the flue gas. The outcome is an extraction of a low-grade zinc oxide product, with metals like lead and indium contributing to the mix through reduction and oxidation, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain elegantly within the kiln slag.

The backbone of this innovative process system consists of a formidable array of equipment: the robust Roots blower, the pivotal rotary kiln, a sophisticated kiln tail smoke chamber, an advanced surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a comprehensive desulfurization system, an intricate batching system, a high-precision granulator, and an extensive network of cutting-edge conveying equipment, all working in perfect harmony to ensure a seamless operation at every stage.
