During operation, the main motor orchestrates the rotation of the grinding plate via the reducer. Simultaneously, a warm breeze infuses the mill through the air inlet. Materials cascade from the discharge port into the heart of the plate, where centrifugal force elegantly guides them from center to edge, carving their passage across the plate. Within the grinding roller area, materials meet the formidable grinding roller, which crushes large particles and compacts finer materials into a cohesive material bed, optimizing inter-granular crushing. As these crushed particles journey to the edge of the disc, a vigorous airflow sweeps them away at the air ring, while larger fragments return for continued crushing. In the upper separator, materials in the air undergo further refinement on the rotor. The deft blades ensure only the finest, qualified powders escape with the airflow, harvested by the system's powder collector. The powder procured is the meticulously ground product of the vertical mill. Meanwhile, any iron blocks or debris veer towards the plate's edge, descending into the lower chamber. Here, they meet the scraper, strategically installed at the plate's base, guiding them to the slag discharge port for seamless expulsion.
