It also features an efficient powder separator, a robust main reducer, and an electric motor. With a meticulously crafted body and a main reducer lubrication station, the machine ensures seamless operations. At its core, a high-tech PLC electric control cabinet orchestrates the whole process, ensuring precision and reliability. During operation, the main motor sets the grinding plate in motion via the reducer, while hot air seamlessly integrates into the vertical mill body. The innovative design allows material to descend from the discharge port to the center of the grinding plate. Harnessing centrifugal force, it skillfully transitions from the center to the dynamic edge of the grinding plate. As it journeys across the grinding surface, the material encounters the grinding roller area. Here, larger particles are methodically crushed, while finer materials are compressed into a dense material bed, promoting inter-granular crushing. The finely granulated materials continue their journey towards the edge of the grinding disc, carried away by the powerful airflow generated by the air ring. Larger particles gracefully return to the grinding disc for further processing. As the airflow carries the crushed materials upward, they enter the upper separator. Within this advanced system, the rotor performs additional crushing, under the deft action of the blades, allowing only the finest particles to escape with the airflow, elegantly collected by the system's powder collector. The resulting product is a testament to the precision grinding capabilities of this vertical mill. An ingenious safeguard ensures that iron blocks and miscellaneous debris are efficiently relocated to the lower chamber, where they are skillfully scraped by the bottom scraper into the slag discharge port, exiting the machine smoothly.
