As the kiln elegantly rotates, materials smoothly progress forward, entering a high-temperature reaction zone engineered to reach scorching temperatures between 1000-1200ºC. Here, under the influence of a strategically generated forced blast, zinc metal compounds are reduced by a carbon reducing agent, transforming into metal zinc vapor. This vapor then mingles with atmospheric oxygen, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust that is adeptly captured by our advanced dust collection system alongside the flue gas. Consequently, a refined low-grade zinc oxide product is achieved. Additionally, metals rich in zinc, like lead and indium, undergo transformation, enriching the end product, while valuable elements like copper, gold, and silver, remain majestically intact within the kiln slag.
