This revolutionary system elevates the production of secondary zinc oxide through an advanced rotary kiln volatilization method. The process begins with the meticulous blending of zinc oxide ore and coke powder or smokeless crushed coal. This expertly mixed combination is effortlessly introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln gracefully rotates, the materials progress forward, while a powerful forced blast crafts a high-temperature reaction zone reaching 1000-1200ºC. Within this intense heat, zinc metal compounds undergo reduction, transforming into metal zinc vapor. As this vapor mingles with oxygen, it is oxidized into zinc oxide dust. This precious dust is meticulously captured by the dust collection system, delivering a high-quality extraction of low-grade zinc oxide. Metals rich in zinc, such as lead and indium, are reduced and oxidized, enhancing the end product, while copper and noble metals like gold and silver remain elegantly in the kiln slag.

At the heart of this pioneering production line lies an array of cutting-edge equipment that ensures flawless operation and efficiency: a robust Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a sophisticated kiln tail smoke chamber, an efficient surface air cooler, an advanced dust collector, and a comprehensive desulfurization system. Additionally, the process is supported by a precise batching system, a versatile granulator, and an intricate network of conveying equipment, all working in harmony to deliver seamless functionality at every stage.
