Within this dynamic kiln, a high-temperature zone of 1000-1200ºC emerges, where zinc metal compounds undergo reduction via a carbon reducing agent, evolving into metal zinc vapor. As this vapor ascends into the gas phase, it encounters a breath of oxygen, transforming into zinc oxide dust, which is expertly captured by our advanced dust collection system with the flue gas. The result? A refined low-grade zinc oxide product, enriched by the reduction and oxidation of metals like lead and indium, while noble elements such as copper, gold, and silver remain within the kiln slag, enhancing the quality of the output.
