Introduced into the kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe, the materials embark on a transformative voyage within the rotating kiln. As the kiln turns with grace and precision, the materials advance steadily, propelled by a dynamic forced blast. Within the kiln, a high-temperature reaction zone emerges, reaching a formidable 1000-1200ºC, where carbon acts as a reducing agent to convert zinc metal compounds into metal zinc vapor. This vapor rises into the air, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust, which is carefully collected along with flue gas by our cutting-edge dust collection system. The process yields a refined low-grade zinc oxide product, with additional contributions from metals like lead and indium. Meanwhile, copper and precious metals such as gold and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag, highlighting the system's efficiency and precision.

The foundation of this avant-garde process system is an ensemble of engineering marvels, including the powerful Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, an advanced surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a specialized desulfurization system, a precision-driven batching system, a state-of-the-art granulator, and a sophisticated network of conveying equipment. Each component is meticulously designed to harmonize and ensure flawless operation at every stage of production.
