The vertical grinding mill is an engineered marvel primarily composed of the grinding roller assembly, grinding disc assembly, hydraulic station, transmission arm assembly, powder separator, main reducer, electric motor, main body, lubrication station of the reducer, hydraulic station, and the PLC electric control cabinet. In operation, the main motor propels the grinding plate, orchestrated by the reducer, while invigorating hot air streams into the vertical mill. Materials descend from the discharge port to the grinding plate's core. Centrifugal force orchestrates a symphony of motion, as the material glides from the center to the grinding plate's periphery. There, it's subjected to the grinding roller's precise pressure: large materials are pulverized, while finer grains are compacted into a material bed for impeccable inter-granular crushing. As they advance to the grinding disc's edge, a powerful airflow sweeps them away, returning larger particles for continued refinement. When airborne materials traverse the upper separator, the rotor and blades ensure coarse particles revisit the grinding disc, while qualified fine powder is transported with the air flow, culminating in the powder collector. The final product is the prized powder crafted by the vertical mill. Any unwanted iron blocks or debris are elegantly directed by a scraper towards the slag discharge port, ensuring seamless operation.
