At the heart of this innovation lies the formidable rotary kiln volatilization method. This ingenious technique begins by meticulously blending zinc oxide ore with precision-mixed coke powder or smokeless crushed coal. Once this perfect mixture is achieved, it is gently introduced into the rotary kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln spectacularly rotates, the materials are smoothly propelled forward. A powerful forced blast creates an intense high-temperature reaction zone, reaching a fiery 1000-1200ºC within the kiln. This heat is crucial for the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor in the gas phase. Once in this state, the zinc vapor meets air oxygen, culminating in oxidation into zinc oxide dust, which is skillfully captured by the dust collection system alongside the flue gas. This remarkable process extracts low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals such as lead and indium, rich in zinc, undergo reduction and oxidation, becoming part of the final product, while copper and valuable metals like gold and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

The heart of this pioneering process system is an awe-inspiring lineup of equipment: including a robust Roots blower, the pivotal rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, an efficient surface air cooler, a sophisticated dust collector, an advanced desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a high-performance granulator, and an intricate network of superior conveying equipment, all working harmoniously to ensure flawless operation at every phase.
