This meticulous configuration ensures seamless operation. As the main motor energizes the grinding plate through the reducer, an influx of hot air enters the vertical mill's core via the air inlet. Material is gracefully delivered from the discharge port, settling at the heart of the grinding plate. Centrifugal force elegantly propels the material from the center to the periphery of the grinding plate. Upon reaching the grinding roller area, larger materials are immediately crushed, while finer particles are compressed to form a material bed, facilitating inter-granular crushing. The journey continues as crushed materials advance towards the edge of the grinding disc, only to be whisked away by a robust airflow at the air ring, while larger particles return for further processing. As the airborne materials traverse the upper separator, they encounter the rotor, where the strategic blades ensure coarse particles descend for additional grinding. Qualified fine powder triumphantly exits with the airflow, captured by the powder collector, presenting the final product of this advanced vertical mill. Intrusions like iron blocks are adeptly managed, falling to the mill's lower chamber, effortlessly guided by the scraper to the slag discharge port for efficient removal.
