Key components include the grinding roller assembly, grinding disc assembly, hydraulic station, transmission arm assembly, powder separator, main reducer, electric motor, body, main reducer lubrication station, hydraulic station, and PLC electric control cabinet. The core functionality involves the main motor, which drives the grinding plate to rotate via the reducer. As this occurs, hot air permeates the vertical mill body through the air inlet, creating the perfect environment for efficient processing. The material, introduced through the discharge port, finds its way to the center of the grinding plate. Centrifugal force then propels the material from the center to the edge, seamlessly moving through the machinations of the grinding plate. Upon reaching the grinding roller area, the material is crushed by the grinding roller itself; larger materials are directly pulverized while finer materials are compressed to form a cohesive bed that facilitates inter-granular crushing. This journey continues as the crushed materials migrate to the disc's edge, finally being swept away by a robust airflow at the air ring. Uncaptured larger particles descend back to the grinding disc. When the airflow-entrained materials pass through the upper separator, they are finely crushed by the rotor. The blades' dynamic action propels coarse particles back for further grinding, while qualified fine powder is carried along with the airflow-collected by the system's powder collector. This finely milled powder is the hallmark product of the vertical mill's superior performance. Additionally, any iron blocks or debris mixed in the material are expertly directed to the lower chamber, scraped by a bottom-mounted scraper into the slag discharge port for efficient disposal.
