As the kiln majestically rotates, the combination of materials moves forward, driven by a forced blast that creates a high-temperature reaction zone with temperatures soaring to 1000-1200ºC. This intense heat powerfully reduces zinc metal compounds using a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor in the gas phase. Upon encountering ambient oxygen, the zinc vapor is expertly oxidized into zinc oxide dust, effectively captured by our advanced dust collection system, along with the flue gas, resulting in the extraction of a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-rich metals such as lead and indium are efficiently reduced and oxidized to enhance the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver gracefully remain within the kiln slag, ensuring maximum value extraction.
