The comprehensive journey of magnesiumsmelting unfolds through a series of intricate stages: initiating from raw material storage to dolomite calcination, precision grinding, and briquetting, culminating in reduction and advanced refining. Initially, the raw dolomite is meticulously crushed into optimal sizes (20-40mm) using a crusher, sintered with precision in a rotary kiln, cooled efficiently via a cooler, and ground into a fine powder by a ball mill. This fine powder is then expertly pressed into balls by a ball press. The calcined dolomite is subsequently blended seamlessly with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to form a cohesive dough, which is placed into heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tanks. In a reduction furnace, the temperature is elevated to an impressive 1200-1250°C under a vacuum of 1.33Pa. Here, crude magnesium is skillfully extracted and further refined, cast into ingots, and undergoes meticulous surface treatment to produce finished magnesium ingots.

3) A vertical cooler at the kiln's forefront fully utilizes the heat from the kiln's high-temperature whitened material to preheat the secondary air to an astonishing 650°C, thereby further elevating thermal efficiency and ensuring outstanding economic returns.
