The comprehensive magnesiumsmelting process unfolds with precision and expertise across several key stages: starting from the raw material storage, followed by dolomite calcination, precision grinding, and briquetting, ultimately leading to reduction and refining. Beginning with the fragmentation of raw dolomite into ideal sizes (20-40mm) using a crusher, it undergoes sintering in a rotary kiln, cooling in a specialized cooler, and meticulous grinding via a ball mill. This finely milled powder is compressed into balls with a ball press. The calcined dolomite is then uniformly blended with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to create a cohesive mix, which is placed within heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tanks. Inside the reduction furnace, the temperature is elevated to 1200-1250°C under a vacuum of 1.33Pa, where raw magnesium is extracted, further refined, cast into durable ingots, and surface-treated to produce finished magnesium ingots.
