As the main motor propels the grinding plate in motion via the reducer, a stream of hot air floods the mill's core. The incoming material is deftly deposited onto the grinding plate's center. Harnessing centrifugal force, the material gracefully transitions from the center, spreading outward across the grinding plate. In the crucial grinding zone, the roller administers a robust crushing force, effortlessly pulverizing larger substances, while finer particles are compressed into a densely packed material bed, promoting inter-granular crushing. The pulverized materials then journey towards the disc's periphery, ushered away by a vigorous airflow. Larger particles are naturally pulled back onto the grinding disc for further refinement. Ascending through the separator, the material encounters the rotor; here, under the dynamic influence of the blades, coarse particles are sent back for additional grinding. Meanwhile, the refined fine powder is gracefully swept along with the air current, collected by the system's powder collector, emerging as the product of this cutting-edge vertical mill. Debris, such as iron fragments, is efficiently separated, falling into the mill's lower chamber and swiftly expelled through the slag discharge port.
