Product Introduction

The entire magnesiumsmelting process unfolds through a series of precise stages: starting with raw material storage, proceeding to dolomite calcination, grinding, and briquetting, and finally leading to reduction and refining. Initially, raw dolomite is crushed into ideal sizes (20-40 mm) using a crusher, sintered in a rotary kiln, cooled in a cooler, and finely ground by a ball mill. This powder is then compacted into balls using a ball press. The calcined dolomite is thoroughly mixed with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to create a cohesive mixture, placed in heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tanks. Inside the reduction furnace, the temperature rises to 1200-1250°C under a vacuum of 1.33 Pa, allowing crude magnesium to be extracted, further refined, cast into ingots, and subjected to surface treatment, yielding high-quality magnesium ingots.
