A robust forced blast generates an intense high-temperature reaction zone, achieving an awe-inspiring 1000-1200ºC. This transformative heat reduces zinc metal compounds using a carbon reducing agent, converting them into zinc metal vapor. As this vapor rises, it meets oxygen and transforms into zinc oxide dust, which is swiftly captured by our state-of-the-art dust collection system. The result is a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals abundant in zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo further processing, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain gracefully within the kiln slag, enriching the process.
