Experience unparalleled efficiency with our secondary zinc oxide production process, prominently featuring the rotary kiln volatilization method. This cutting-edge process involves meticulously blending zinc oxide ore with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in precise proportions, followed by seamless loading into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln rotates, the materials elegantly roll forward, reaching a high-temperature reaction zone of 1000-1200ºC under forced air blast. Within this dynamic environment, zinc metal compounds engage with reducing agents carbon, undergoing a transformative reduction by C and CO into metal zinc vapor, transitioning into the gas phase. Here, they undergo oxidation by atmospheric oxygen, transforming into zinc oxide dust, efficiently captured by the dust collection system along with flue gas. This captured dust becomes the low-grade zinc oxide product, enriched with metals such as lead and indium, further oxidized into the product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver gracefully linger in the kiln slag.

Our state-of-the-art process system is equipped with an array of essential equipment, including a robust Roots blower, precision-engineered rotary kiln, and kiln tail smoke chamber. Complementing these are the surface air cooler, high-efficiency dust collector, and an advanced desulfurization system. It also comprises a sophisticated batching system, efficient granulator, and reliable conveying equipment, all orchestrated to deliver flawless production outcomes.
