This pioneering production method, known as the rotary kiln volatilization process, transforms secondary zinc oxide through an intricate and controlled procedure. By expertly blending zinc oxide ore with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal, the mixture is introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln rotates, this blend steadily advances, creating an optimal high-temperature reaction zone between 1000-1200ºC. Here, the zinc metal compound engages with the reducing agents, C and CO, to produce metal zinc vapor, which transitions into the gas phase. During this phase, it is precisely oxidized by air oxygen to form zinc oxide dust. This dust is meticulously captured by our advanced dust collection system, resulting in a high-quality low-grade zinc oxide product. Furthermore, valuable metals like lead and indium are also integrated into the product, while precious copper, gold, and silver remain as refined kiln slag. This cutting-edge process embodies efficiency and innovation.

Our process system sets the benchmark for excellence with its comprehensive array of advanced equipment, including the Roots blower, the dynamic rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a highly efficient surface air cooler, a precision dust collector, a state-of-the-art desulfurization system, a versatile batching system, an advanced granulator, and seamless conveying equipment. Each component is meticulously designed to contribute to a seamless, efficient, and environmentally responsible production cycle.
