The Industrial Vertical Grinding Equipment for Cement and Mineral Processing by Shandong Bullis Metallurgical Engineering Co., Ltd. is a marvel of modern engineering. This state-of-the-art vertical grinding mill is comprised of a sophisticated blend of components including the grinding roller assembly, grinding disc assembly, hydraulic station, transmission arm assembly, powder separator, main reducer, electric motor, the body, main reducer lubrication station, hydraulic station, and the PLC electric control cabinet. When in operation, the main motor powers the grinding plate via the reducer. Concurrently, hot air flows into the mill's body through the air inlet. Materials are deposited from the discharge port centrally onto the grinding plate. Through the influence of centrifugal force, the material gracefully transitions from the center towards the edge of the grinding plate, making its way across the plate. As it encounters the grinding rollers, larger materials are effortlessly crushed, while finer particles are compressed into a material bed for inter-granular crushing. These crushed materials then continue their journey to the edge of the grinding disc until they're whisked away by the robust airflow at the air ring, while larger particles return to the grinding disc for further reduction. As the airflow ushers materials through the upper separator, they are subjected to rotor action. The blades then direct coarser particles back for further grinding, while the refined powder seamlessly flows out with the air and is meticulously collected by the system's powder collector. This fine powder emerges as the finished product of the vertical mill. Any metallic debris or foreign objects mixed with the material are ingeniously redirected to the lower chamber, where they're adroitly scraped by a bottom-installed scraper into the slag discharge port and efficiently evacuated from the machine.
