Step into the future of zinc oxide production with our revolutionary method featuring the state-of-the-art rotary kiln. This remarkable rotary kiln volatilization technique begins when zinc oxide ore is meticulously combined with either coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in precise ratios. The expertly blended materials are then fed into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln majestically rotates, the materials advance forward, driven by a forced blast. Inside this high-efficiency kiln, an intense high-temperature zone ranging from 1000 to 1200ºC is established, creating the ideal conditions for the zinc metal compounds' transformation. Through the brilliant interaction with a carbon reducing agent, these compounds are reduced to metal zinc vapor, progressing into the gas phase. The zinc vapor then meets the air's oxygen, becoming oxidized into zinc oxide dust. This dust, along with the flue gas, is skillfully captured by the cutting-edge dust collection system, resulting in the extraction of a low-grade zinc oxide product. Moreover, metals with high zinc content, such as lead and indium, undergo reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while copper and precious metals, including gold and silver, elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

This pioneering process system is built upon a robust assembly of high-performance equipment: the powerful Roots blower, the indispensable rotary kiln, a sophisticated kiln tail smoke chamber, an efficient surface air cooler, an advanced dust collector, a state-of-the-art desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a high-tech granulator, and an intricate network of conveying equipment.
