Utilizing the rotary kiln volatilization method, this process epitomizes efficiency and precision. By meticulously combining zinc oxide ore with either coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in optimal proportions, we introduce the mixture into the rotary kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln gracefully rotates, the materials advance systematically, engaging in a high-temperature reaction zone ranging between 1000-1200ºC. Within this dynamic environment, the zinc metal compound encounters the reducing agent carbon, resulting in its reduction to metallic zinc vapor, which seamlessly transitions to the gas phase. Here, it is elegantly oxidized by atmospheric oxygen into zinc oxide dust, subsequently captured by our highly efficient dust collection system, along with the flue gas. This captured smoke dust is the foundation of our superior low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals such as zinc-enriched lead and indium integrate into the product through reduction and oxidation, while precious metals like copper, gold, and silver are expertly retained within the kiln slag.
