The comprehensive and integrated magnesiumsmelting process encompasses every critical stage: raw material storage, dolomite calcination, grinding, briquetting, reduction, and refining. Initially, the raw dolomite is precision-crushed into optimal sizes (20-40mm) by specialized crushers. The material is then sintered in an advanced rotary kiln and cooled by a sophisticated cooler. It is further finely pulverized using advanced ball mill machinery and formed into balls with a high-performance ball press. Calcination occurs in a rotary or vertical kiln, converting dolomite into pristine calcined white. This is then meticulously mixed with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to create a perfect dough, placed in a heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tank, and subjected to reduction in a furnace, reaching temperatures of 1200-1250°C within a vacuum of 1.33Pa. This meticulous process concludes with the extraction of crude magnesium, followed by flux refining, ingot casting, and precise surface treatment to produce premium magnesium ingots.
