The comprehensive magnesiumsmelting process includes steps such as raw material storage, precision dolomite calcination, grinding, briquetting, reduction, and refining. Raw dolomite is expertly crushed to optimal sizes (20-40mm) using specialized crushers, sintered in a state-of-the-art rotary kiln, and efficiently cooled by our sophisticated cooler. Further processing includes pulverization into fine powder by advanced ball mills, and shaping into balls using a high-performance press. Calcination transforms dolomite into calcined white in either rotary or vertical kilns. This material is meticulously mixed with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to form a perfect dough, which is placed in a heat-resistant reduction tank and processed in a furnace at 1200-1250°C under a vacuum of 1.33Pa. The process concludes with the extraction of crude magnesium, followed by flux refining, ingot casting, and detailed surface treatment to produce premium magnesium ingots.
