With the assistance of a powerful blast, an intense, high-temperature reaction zone of 1000-1200ºC emerges within the kiln. This fiery environment enables the transformation of zinc metal compounds into metal zinc vapor through the carbon reducing agent. As the vapor ascends into the gas phase, it encounters atmospheric oxygen, converting into zinc oxide dust. This dust, alongside the flue gas, is meticulously captured by our advanced dust collection system, yielding a high-quality, low-grade zinc oxide product. Moreover, this process adeptly handles metals rich in zinc, including lead and indium, which undergo reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product. Meanwhile, copper and precious metals such as gold and silver, remain gracefully embedded within the kiln slag, preserving their innate value.
