The core components such as the main reducer, electric motor, and body are meticulously crafted to ensure seamless operation. The machine's sophisticated PLC electric control cabinet ensures precision and control in every function. Once activated, the main motor propels the grinding plate with precision, thanks to the reducer. Concurrently, hot air is introduced into the vertical mill's body through the air inlet, setting the stage for an efficient grinding process. The material is introduced to the center of the grinding plate from the discharge port. Harnessing the power of centrifugal force, it progresses steadily from the center to the edge of the plate, effectively moving through the grinding surface. As the material encounters the formidable grinding roller, it is crushed and refined, creating a compact material bed for enhanced inter-granular crushing. The pulverized material gravitates towards the edge of the grinding disc, where it is uplifted by a robust airflow at the air ring. Larger particles naturally return to the disc for further processing. Upon entering the upper separator, materials are refined further by the rotor. Guided by the precision-engineered blades, coarse particles are redirected to the disc, while the qualified fine powder, coupled with the airflow, is captured by the system's powder collector. This finely ground product is the hallmark of our vertical mill's capabilities. Any extraneous iron blocks or debris are skillfully navigated to the lower chamber, deftly managed by the scraper, and smoothly expelled via the slag discharge port, ensuring uninterrupted productivity.
